Prosthetics Service Patient and Carer Survey

This survey is for patients and carers using the prosthetic limb service in Kent and Medway. Your feedback is crucial to help us identify the aspects of the service that matter most to you. We encourage patients and carers to complete the survey independently, as your unique perspectives are valuable. 

We will use the feedback from the survey as part of our regular review of the service, to ensure it meets the needs of our patients.  We will share the full report with the provider of the service in Kent and Medway, so the views of our patients and their carers help shape the service you continue to receive.
