This survey is for VCSE community providers who take referrals from social prescribing link workers. We are assessing an initiative that would see community VCSE providers in Medway and Swale receive £30 for each social prescribing referral sent through the JOY app.

This survey is for VCSE community providers who take referrals from social prescribing link workers. We are assessing the possibility of an initiative that would see community VCSE providers in Medway and Swale receive £20 for each social prescribing referral. This survey is intended to be completed twice: once now to assess the baseline of existing social prescribing activity and referral numbers, then dependent on the VCSE feedback and subject to funding being secured, once more in around 6 months. This is to allow the measurement of any changes in activity.

This is part of a wider evaluation aiming to understand the potential impact of this intervention.
