Wider Stakeholders Second Survey

This survey is intended to measure perceptions of a potential social prescribing funding initiative in Medway, whereby community providers may receive a payment of £30 for every new social prescribing referral they receive and accept. This is part of a wider evaluation aiming to understand the potential impact of this intervention.
