How will we use your information?
NHS England, has commissioned NHS South, Central and West CSU (SCW) to help understand the impact existing approaches to recruitment and retention have aimed at support the general practice workforce.
To do this, SCW is inviting you to give your views by completing and submitting this survey and to register your interest in the focus groups and workshops.
By choosing to take part in this survey and registering your interest in focus groups and workshop, you are consenting to the data and information that you provide being used for research purposes to inform future proposals for support for people working in general practice.
NHS South, Central and West CSU (SCW) takes the storage and processing of personal data very seriously. All data collected as part of this survey is stored securely by SCW, in line with GDPR requirements and regulations. The information you provide will be used by the SCW project team to inform research to understand the impact existing approaches to recruitment and retention have aimed at support the general practice workforce, and to feed into future proposals for support for people working in general practice.
Survey responses will be anonymous and findings aggregated when shared with NHS England.
By completing the focus group registration form, you are registering consent to your data (including your equality / demographic information if provided) being held by SCW and transferred to NHS England for the purposes forming focus groups and workshops.
