From Fran Mead, Senior Programme Manager - Primary Care, NHSE for development of the FutureNHS Primary Care site by Sara Price and Nikki Malin:
"I can’t tell you (or put on a form) how fantastic you have both been, thank you again, I have really enjoyed working with you, you both know your stuff and Primary Care workspace development has benefited from that. The skills, knowledge and expertise provided, the readiness to offer advice, guidance, technical skills and hands on help to create new areas of the Primary Care Managers FutureNHS site and the ability to create a solution following discussions about needs from users.

Thanks again for being brilliant and I hope our paths do cross again in the future."

For the comms team working on the NHSE Digitising Social Care (DiSC) programme - Mel Cullum, Sara Price, Hannah Moore, Kierstan Lowe, Molly Sheldrake, Darren Smith, Alex Pyke.

Feedback from Stephanie Nimmo, Communications and Engagement Lead, Digitising Social Care, NHS England:
"What can I say about the support I get from the CSU comms team? In a nutshell, there is no way that our programme could achieve the awareness, reach and engagement that we’re seeing without them. The combination of skills support has meant that we’ve been able to build a robust communications approach to support our programme goals that would have been impossible otherwise. They’ve quickly taken on board the unique needs of our adult social care target audiences as well as the digital transformation focus of our programme of work to support me in developing owned channels, campaign approaches and robust communications processes. In addition, it’s been invaluable to work collaboratively with them to develop strategic plans which support our programme objectives.
The programme comms would not be in the place it’s in without their support and having the team in place means that we can focus on the big picture and measure how we’re engaging with our target audiences. Previously I felt I was just firefighting and juggling multiple competing priorities!
From a personal point of view, it’s so reassuring to have a team in place that I can have full confidence in, knowing that they deliver the goods! I count myself very lucky to have such a great blend of skills and experience to support me. And the icing on the cake is that we just work so well together. Having been the only comms professional on the programme, I now feel I have people I work with who not only really understand communications and what we are doing but who I also just click with."

Jane Brightman, Skills for Care:
"To our CSU comms colleagues - you get the sector, you know how to speak to it well and tell the story. The level of knowledge and skill you all have is outstanding. I’ve learnt a lot about how to really do comms and engagement from you all."
