Cohort 3 - Team Managers/Pathway Leads - End of Programme Evaluation

Thank you for attending the BEH Community Transformation Leadership Development Programme. We ask that you take a few moments to complete this survey, which will evaluate your experience both of the programme. 

The overall objectives for this programme were: 

  • Team Leaders will have a greater shared understanding of the purpose and benefits of the CT for their individual and collective teams and for the service user 
  • Team Leaders will be more confident in leading their teams through the changes associated with the CT 
  • Team Leaders will be better equipped to develop effective working relationships with their peers and their teams 
  • Team Leaders will have more clarity around their team’s strengths and development areas 
  • Team Leaders have a greater shared understanding of the value each team, their different roles/backgrounds, contribute to creating the CT vision
  • Team Leaders will have a better understanding of their identity and role as a leader relating to CT
  • Team Leaders will demonstrate improved confidence in delivery of the CT KPIs
