Natalie Fox, Deputy Chief Executive for the Partnership:
“The Trust recognises the importance of leadership development and has taken the time to invest in our Community Transformation leaders. Over the pandemic we haven’t had the same opportunity to support our leaders in their own leadership journeys, so we are excited to get this programme underway.
“It would be great if all team leaders and divisional operational managers could sign up for all the sessions available – some in person, some virtual – as well as the one-to-one coaching so we all understand what the Community Transformation vision means to us and our teams. This is so we are prepared for the leadership challenges ahead, build resilience, and take control of our leadership development.
“Our first cohort will be community teams in Barnet, Enfield and Haringey boroughs as part of their original plans, we will run further cohorts for Camden and Islington colleagues and will send further communication on this shortly.”
