There is a history of public involvement across Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire.
During the past two years of the Covid-19 pandemic, obtaining insight from local people and their communities has increased in importance to inform the design and delivery of health and care services.
Our plans and projects will only be successful if they are informed by the lived experience, needs and aspirations of the local people they seek to serve. These insights provide powerful tools to improve health outcomes and to identify new and better ways to keep people well and to meet their needs when they are in poor health.
We are committed to involving local people as far as possible in the work that we are doing. We will strive to be as open and transparent as possible in all that we do.
