    Why should my manager agree to my attending the course?

    This free virtual workforce planning course (Feb 23 - July 24) has been specifically designed for Somerset, Wiltshire, Avon, and Gloucestershire (SWAG) Cancer Alliance Service Leads and their deputies, from clinical and non-clinical services who have significant input to cancer pathways.

    The course is delivered by NHS South, Central and West who also lead the work to produce the SWAG Cancer Workforce Strategy.

    The course will address the key workforce issues facing cancer services and how service leads can actively engage in solving them.

    We will give you tools and templates and help you to influence others, using your own data, to achieve better workforce planning decisions for you and your team. You’ll also be part of a community of people and learn how to make the most of your workforce, maximising skills within your budget. [see course overview and learning outcomes]

    2. Take a screenshot of the document or email.
