SWL Hearing Health Pilot - St George's Hospital to Nelson Pharmacy Pathway

South West London Integrated Care Board, in collaboration with Community Pharmacy South West London are carrying out a survey to understand the experiences of professional stakeholders involved in the St George’s Hospital to Nelson Pharmacy hearing health pathway.

Your experiences and insights can help to shape the future of hearing health services delivered in the community, ensuring they are more accessible and closer to people’s homes.
