Our values help shape our organisational culture setting out the collective expectations and behaviours that are important to us in both how we do business and how we interact with each other.

We know that upholding our values and paying attention to ‘what we do’ and ‘how we do it’ is central to our commitment to being a great place to work.

We would like to celebrate our values by inviting you to share your experiences of our values in action.

Our aims:

  • What's your idea? We would like to collect a range of examples of our values in action, where they have made a positive impact and demonstrated belonging at SCW
  • Share your story - to explore the relevance of our values - what do our values mean to you?
  • Let's talk - What gets in the way of our values and what we can do differently to enhance your experience
  • Let's talk - about the critical role leaders play in bringing our values to life
  • Book onto a Join the Conversation workshop to explore how we use our values externally and seek your ideas for how we embed and effectively share our values with colleagues and partners
