All online surveys must be submitted by 23:45 on Monday 28 October 2024. 

All printed surveys must reach us by Monday 28 October 2024. You can use the pre-paid envelope provided. 

An independent organisation will compile and analyse the survey and focus group results. This will help NHS SE select the best provider of the service. It will also help us to provide you with all the information you need during the changeover of the service.

There will be no change to the current service whilst this process is underway. The service will continue to be provided by Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust at Medway Maritime Hospital until a new provider and location for the service are identified. We hope this will be by spring 2025. 

NHS England wants to make sure that the best interests of patients, carers, and colleagues are central to the process. We will continue to work with all parts of the NHS and third sector colleagues to keep people up to date with the latest timelines. All partners will continue to work together to ensure the best outcome for all.
