  • The work of NICE in improving health and well-being by putting science and evidence at the heart of health and care decision making, is achieved through our dedicated and committed independent committee members.  Our independent committees develop and update our guidance.  They are made up of a diverse range of members including people who use health and social care services, carers and experts in health and social care.  We want to develop and strengthen our independent advisory committees to attract a more diverse membership that represents the viewpoints and experiences of our population and of people using health and social care services.  We also want to review and improve equality considerations throughout the development of our guidance.

We would therefore like to understand more fully the views of existing committee members to help us achieve this objective.  We would be very grateful if you could please take a few minutes to respond to this survey.  Your views will help us to develop our plans to enhance the diversity of our committees and their consideration

All responses are anonymous and confidential.
