Living our SCW values
Consultation has concluded
Values matter because when they are visible in everything we do – from our behaviours to our processes to our communications – they can make a real difference to staff engagement and to patient experience. The following survey is aimed at SCW Clinical Services Associate Directors and Programme Leads. The purpose of the survey is to understand how well we feel the SCW values are embedded within our Clinical Services.
The survey should only take about 15 minutes and will be live for two weeks. Findings will be presented at the programme leads meeting on 20th September.
On Friday 23rd September 10:00 -11:00 there will be a working group to discuss the next steps in living our SCW values within Clinical Services. There is an option to opt-in in the survey, alternatively you could email Rebecca Hodge, Clinical Services Programme Lead: Mental Health rebecca.hodge3@nhs.net
