The Department of Health and Social Care wants to support NHS organisations to get the most out of the Health Family Commercial System. The system is centrally funded and has been in place since 2021.
The Health Check project is designed to review system adoption and use across England. The aim is to improve the system collaboratively while supporting users and organisations to get the most out of it.
To do this, we are seeking feedback from all individuals and organisations using the system, whether you are a system lead, administrator or daily practitioner/someone who regularly accesses the system.
The initial survey is for anyone who uses or interacts with the system and takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.
The advanced survey is for system leads, super users and delegated administrators and takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Advanced survey respondents should still complete the initial survey first as the questions are different.
The final deadline to complete the surveys is Friday 14 August 2026.
Your feedback will be used to:
Develop advice, training and guidance for users
Identify technical system improvements
Investigate and address local challenges
Inform national standards and best practice, including complex processes and collaborative practices.
