BOB ICB Learning Disability & Autism Housing Need Survey

BOB ICB is currently undertaking a high level review of learning disability and autism housing needs. The project aims to:

• Identify gaps in current housing provision available for BOB ICB Adult, Children and Young People and Specialist Commissioning patients who were/ are currently in hospital with a Learning Disability and/or Autism diagnosis
• Map out NHS funded accommodation in existence, under development and planned, within the footprint
• Share learning, best practise, challenges and potential opportunities for innovation

Your answers, will be anonymous and will form part of a slide deck used for the purposes of service improvement. By completing the survey, you are providing consent for your responses to be used as part of this review. As all answers are anonymous, we will be unable to remove your response after submission.
