We are external Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Practitioners working on equality programmes, predominantly in the public sector. Our passion is Equality, Diversity and Inclusion programmes within the workplace and we believe that all people irrespective of background should have the capacity to make a positive contribution to the world of work.

We have been commissioned by The Walton Centre to undertake research on hearing the voices of staff to understand current issues you are facing in relation to:

• Your experiences of racism, discrimination and harassment or as a witness of these experiences
• Your views on related policies and procedures and how The Walton Centre is currently performing in relation to equal opportunities.

You can respond by completing this anonymous questionnaire, or completing a paper copy or taking part in one of our 1:1 interviews or focus groups.

The information you provide will culminate in an anonymous report, using themes to ensure confidentiality, which will be submitted Jan Ross, CEO.
