Surrey Heartlands Children and Young People Harm Reduction Review - Acute Staff

Consultation has concluded

Thank you for taking part in this survey which is part of a wider review being undertaken by NHS South Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW CSU) and Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care System (ICS).

The review is to identify whether more can be done to avoid children and young people (CYP) going to hospital for mental health and wellbeing reasons as well as exploring how to improve the experience when children and young people need to be admitted. To do this, we are reviewing the journey children and young people currently experience before, during and after being admitted to hospital.

Your answers, including written responses, will be anonymous and will form part of a report used for the purposes of service improvement.
