The SCW HR, Workforce and OD directorate provides subject matter expertise (SME) covering workforce, human resources (HR), organisational development (OD). SCW has recently invested in expanding its Equality, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI) and Wellbeing consultancy team in response to an increased demand for EDI and wellbeing support.
The EDI & Wellbeing consultancy team are developing a high-quality EDI & Wellbeing offer for customers.
To do this we are conducting market research to understand current needs for EDI & Wellbeing consultancy services across the health care system to assess the demand.
