National Keyworking Event: learnings, progress and looking to the future

An opportunity to learn, connect and share in the progress and success stories of the national Keyworking programme. Join keynote speaker Dame Christine Lenehan - author of the ground-breaking These are Our Children report - Claire Murdoch, National Director for Mental Health, and a host of partners and pilot sites as they explore the progress of the programme so far and its future plans for expansion.

This programme aims to provide designated Keyworkers for autistic children and young people and those with learning disability and the most complex needs, to ensure they and ensure that they and their families get the right support in their local community at the right time and in a joined-up way in order to avoid admission to a mental health hospital or to support them when they leave.

This is an opportunity to hear from the pilot site areas who have been making a positive difference to children and families' lives about their experiences of delivering Keyworking across NHS, local authorities and the voluntary sector.

This event is open to all Keyworking partners and future partners which includes all 42 Integrated Care Systems, Local Authority teams, provider collaboratives, VCSE organisations, Steering Group Members, Parent Carer Forums and regional and national NHSE programme representatives.
