Mental Health Team Operating Principles

Consultation has concluded

This exercise follows on from the team identity task that we started in our face to face meeting last week.

For any team to be successful there needs to be a positive and constructive climate which enables every individual to contribute their skills and knowledge. Team operating principles or 'ground rules' are the ways of working which create this environment. Those teams which are most successful are pro-active in developing a team culture which reflects the needs of the task and the values of team members.

Please review the exercise below and contribute your ideas for team operating principles for the mental health team.

The operating principles will be collated on Wednesday 13th July and circulated to the team for final agreement. Following agreement of the Team Operating Principles, we will carry out a review via anonymous survey to assess how well we think the team is working within the team operating principles.
