Maternity and Neonatal Culture and Leadership Listening events
Consultation has concluded
NHS England's Maternity and Neonatal Culture and Leadership Team want to gather the insights and experienced views of NHS England Regional Teams, Local Maternity & Neonatal System (LMNS), Operational Delivery Network’s, MNVP’s and Maternity networks to help inform their business plan and support offer for Maternity and Neonatal Culture and Leadership in 2024/2025. The focus will specifically be on understanding ongoing Maternity and Neonatal leadership development needs and to identify what is needed to enable Regions and Systems to support others with continued culture change. The events will be hosted as in person events to enable regions Maternity and Neonatal Colleagues to come together and provide an open space to listen and learn and to feed insight into the National Team.

We have now delivered all events, and promised the opportunity for you to share further feedback. We have set up regional feedback forms for each event, and would invite anyone to share their feedback from the event or add any further suggestions for inclusion in your reports.
