What is the time commitment?
To become a MECC trainer you must complete the 2 day Train the Trainer training programme.
The Tier 1 covers fundamental MECC principles to support service users and this session is half a day.
Do I need to do both tiers to become a MECC Trainer?
Yes, you must complete Tier 1, 2 and the Train the Trainer session to become a MECC Trainer.
Will I receive a certificate once I have completed the course?
Yes, you will receive a certificate of completion once you have successfully completed the course. We have certificates for Tier 1 learners and Train the Trainer learners.
I can't find a session to book that works for me. Will more be added?
Yes, we will be adding more Tier 1 (face to face and virtual) and Train the Trainer sessions in the coming weeks.
