NHS England is looking for examples of best practice of non-clinical health inequalities training. If you are currently offering training, we would like to hear from you. This could be fellowships, training courses, e-learning, grants or even Population Health Academies.
We want to collate information to gather a picture of what non-clinical training offers exist for all staff, and hear about examples of best practice, to allow us to understand where gaps might exist. This is part of NHS England’s long-term ambition to embed capability within the healthcare workforce to improve the health of the population and reduce inequalities.
So, if you or your team are aware of, or provide training within your region aiming to increase health inequalities awareness for all staff, we would like to hear from you. Equally if you don't currently have a training offer, or are currently in the process of developing one, we would still like to hear from you.
