This questionnaire is intended for Regional Leads for Inclusion Health from NHS England, OHID or UKHSA. In October 2023, NHS England published its first National Framework for NHS Action on Inclusion Health. The purpose of this questionnaire is to enable the NHS England Health Inequalities Improvement team to understand how the framework is supporting Inclusion Health work regionally, and to find out what more could be done nationally to support this work. We are keen to hear from all regions in England.
