Have your say: Understanding Our NHS Staff Survey results
The 2023 NHS Staff survey results and January 2024 Pulse survey results are in. Understanding the survey results is key to our continuous development as a Transformation directorate. Whilst these surveys produce good volumes of quantitative data, it is also important for us to understand why these survey scores have been given.
As previously shared by ST Support, a copy of the NHS Staff Survey and Pulse survey results can be found under the documents on the right side of your screen.
How can I help?
Below is a short survey that aims to understand the reasoning behind specific areas of success and improvement identified on both staff surveys. Alongside the survey, there is also the opportunity for 1-2-1 conversations for those that want to discuss any particular theme further. The feedback you provide on this survey and/or in the optional 1-2-1 conversations will be used to produce recommendations and collaborate with the "Shaping Our Future Programme" to align objectives.
The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. All questions are optional providing you with the choice of only completing the questions that are most important to you. Short answers are just as valuable as longer ones - Please try to keep your responses as succinct as possible. Results from this survey will be kept anonymous.
