Have your say: Understanding the latest NHS staff survey results
The 2024 NHS Staff survey results and January 2025 Pulse survey results are in. Understanding the survey results is key to our continuous development as a Transformation directorate. Whilst the NHS Staff survey and Pulse surveys produce helpful quantitative data, it is important for us as a directorate to understand why these survey scores have been given.
As previously shared by Strategy and Transformation Support, a copy of the NHS Staff survey and NHS Pulse survey results can be found here.
How can I help?
Below is a short survey that aims to understand the reasoning behind scores given in specific areas of success and improvement identified in both staff and pulse surveys. As well as this survey, we will be running focus groups with those that want to discuss identified themes in more depth.
The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. All questions are optional, and you have the choice to only answer those questions that are most important to you. Please try to keep answers succinct where possible. All responses provided in the survey will be kept anonymous.
What will my contribution support?
The findings from both the survey and the focus groups will be used to form a set of recommendations to be presented to SLT in May. Once SLT have reviewed these recommendations, they will be shared with the directorate in June 2025.
Survey Deadline:
The deadline for this survey is Friday 9th May 2025.
