Financial Consultancy - Who are we?

The Financial Consultancy team of South Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW CSU) is responsible for undertaking several assignments across the NHS where Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), Providers, Intergrated Care Systems (ICSs), and NHS England and Improvement (NHS E/I) regions and national teams require specialist financial and/or analytical support. Examples of our work include:

  • Gloucestershire ICS – Urgent and Emergency Care redesign – Finance, Activity and Workforce Modelling
  • NHSx – Finance Business Partner Support
  • NHS England and NHS Improvement National, SW and SE Region – COVID Vaccination Modelling, Performance and Data Insights

We have Finance subject-matter experts with knowledge and experience of programme and project management. Our team is equipped with specialist tools and techniques such as Lean, Agile, Prince 2, MSP and certified in the application of HM Treasury’s Five Case Model. Please contact us for more details.
