Shaping our future

NHS England (NHSE) commissioned a review of CSUs earlier this year. A phased programme has been developed between NHSE and the four CSUs (Arden and GEM, ML, NECS and SCW) to enable a transition towards a redesigned CSU operating model.

To underpin the transition an engagement programme is being launched, in a consistent way across all four CSUs, to provide an opportunity for teams to have rich conversations and share views. The programme will provide opportunities for:

  • Senior leaders to hear about what is important to our people
  • The development of a vision that is informed by our most valuable assets as well as business needs

The insight gathered will be used to inform:

  • The development of the CSUs’ collective ambition and priorities beyond the priority areas
  • The delivery of key activities being designed by core programme workstreams, such as Culture and OD

We want to ensure all staff have an opportunity to feed back their own thoughts and ideas

This is your opportunity to help shape what our CSUs will look and feel like in the future. We want to ask staff to participate in this ongoing engagement process by completing this survey.
