Welcome to the engagement space for the Communications & Engagement team. This is where we can work together and share ideas to progress the development of our specialist expertise and forge networks across the Strategy & Transformation directorate. Following our team's discussions with David Tappin, we are looking to:
Maintain and develop our specialist skills
Build a business plan for comms and engagement
Educate the Strategy & Transformation directorate regarding what we can offer
And more generally:
Identify a better way of working on proposals to ensure the depth and breadth of skills across the directorate are included and considered appropriately
Establish a capabilities development plan
