On 5th November 2021, the South East Region ran a Children and Young People (CYP) Eating Disorder Hackathon, facilitated by KPMG. The event brought together key stakeholders from the region and resulted in actions to be delivered within 30, 60 and 90 days. The initial 24 actions were revised by the Quality Improvement Team (NHSE/I), to ensure actions were aligned, merged where appropriate, and allocated to relevant delivery groups (e.g. systems or the region).
